USED_EMAIL error when signing in.
Read this article if you have trouble using Google or Microsoft SSO sign in methods.
Updated over 10 months agoIf you get a "USED_EMAIL" error message when using Google or Microsoft sign in buttons, please follow these steps:
Click on "Login with email" button:
Click on "Login with email" button:
Next, enter your email and click "Send Login Link":
Next, enter your email and click "Send Login Link":
Alternatively, you can reset your password and use a password login method by clicking on "Prefer to user password instead?" then on "Forgot password".
You will receive a one-time login link that will expire in 24hrs. Opening that link will log you in without prompting for a password. Please don't forget to check your spam folder.
Once you land on the Dashboard, click on your Profile photo and then "Settings":
Under "Personal" tab, scroll down to Login preferences and select a preferred Sign-in method that you would like to use:
Please make sure that you select a workspace email. Thats all! Now you can log yourself out and log back in using the Google or Microsoft sign-in buttons.
